Welcome to the L&B Builders Ltd website. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By using this website, you represent that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
All quotes and estimates provided via our website or over the phone are subject to on-site inspections. An estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A binding contract is only formed when a formal project agreement is signed by both L&B Builders Ltd and the client, detailing the specific scope of work, timeline, and payment schedules.
Our craftsmanship warranty (up to 10 years, depending on the material and job specification) applies to structural paving settlement, drainage issues, and standard installation durability. It does not cover natural wear and tear, cosmetic changes in stone color, damage due to extreme weather elements, or heavy vehicle loads beyond the design specification.
Prior to commencement of work, the customer must ensure that:
Payment details, deposit requirements, and stage payments will be clearly detailed in your project contract. Payments must be made via bank transfer or another method accepted by L&B Builders Ltd. Late payments may result in the suspension of works.
